hi padma, its ok, no problem.. first, you need to have a software installed onto your pc like real player, media player, etc by which you can see your video... then when you move your mouse cursor over the above picture, a small box on the above right side of the picture will come up saying"download this video". click on it and the video will get downloaded onto your pc...
